Impregnation lines delivered by T4L are fully custom-made depending on:
• type of reinforcement: carbon, glass, aramid, hybrid fibers/cloth
• type of resin & prepreg width
• application (R&D or industrial)
• final product: tow-preg, unidirectional (UD) prepreg and fabric prepreg
• resin content[RC] controller and spreading device also can be added as an option.

This equipment is excellent solution for the laboratories and research institutes that are developing and testing new prepreg types. Custom manufacturing of machine to customer requirements are also available.
