The present invention relates to a spreading device capable of acquiring a large amount of threads in a quick and an easy way. The present invention further relates to a thread spreading system comprising the spreading device. To this end, the spreading device comprises: a fixing board; a fixing part including a freely rotating rotation roller; a moving board; a driving roller; and a driving motor rotating the rotation roller
