The present invention relates to a bicycle frame using a composite material and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a bicycle frame comprising: a tube cured and formed by resin impregnation as being weaved in the form of a sleeve while a tube layer made of carbon fiber yarns and a reinforcing layer made of aramid fiber yarns are across each other in forward and reverse directions; a lug having an insertion part to allow the end of the tube to be inserted and connected; and a fixing means formed to correspond to a part for connecting the tube and the lug for combining both sides. The present invention has effects of manufacturing a tube type material having excellent durability and low manufacturing costs with thin thickness, dividing and supporting a sleeve type fabric surface consisting of a tube layer made of carbon fiber yarns by unit woven fabrics as a reinforcing layer made of aramid fiber yarns is cross inserted, thereby distributing processing or external shocks, preventing a partial crack from spreading to the entire material, thereby improving processability and durability.
