The present invention relates to a three-dimensional circular braiding machine including a track plate having a track. The track includes multiple layers in a structure of circularly connecting circular unit tracks, in a diameter direction. The number of unit tracks in each layer is uniform, and shafts protrude on both sides of the track plate on the center of each unit track. A horn gear including four slots on the edge is fixed on the shaft on the surface where the track is formed, and a rotating assembly where a gear is fixed is formed on the shaft on the opposite side to the track. The track is exposed through the slot of the horn gear. The gears on the same layer have same size and are connected to each other. An upper plate and a lower plate are integrated with both ends of a pin, and sliders integrate the lower plate and a protrusion guider. A pair of sliders is installed on the horn gear to insert the pin of the sliders into the slot. The protrusion guider of the installed sliders are inserted into the track and moved to transfer a rotational force to multiple gears by multiple motors. Average gears are independently formed on two shafts neighboring in the diameter direction by being on different layers, and are connected, while the average gears have average size of two gears of the two shafts, having different sizes.
